Membership Note

The reduced rates above apply exclusively to IEEE / USS members. To qualify for the member rate, please provide your valid IEEE or USS membership number during registration. For USS membership registration, please visit: https://www.usssociety.org/membership/

 

Each accepted paper requires at least one author to pay the full registration fee according to the above categories. For each additional participant, the full registration fee should also be paid according to the above categories.

For any paper exceeding 6 pages, an additional page charge of USD 25 per page applies.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or before Sep 20, 2026, will receive a refund. Written notification of cancellations must be emailed to asiancomnet2026@usssociety.org.
2. Refund requests made before Sep 20, 2026, will be eligible for a 100% refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.
3. Any refund request made after Sep 20, 2026, will not be accepted. Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.
4. One registration covers only one paper and one attendee. For each additional paper and attendee, a full registration fee must be paid according to the categories mentioned above.
5. One registration fee covers one conference kit, lunches from Oct 12 to 13, a gala dinner on Oct 12, and two hi Tea/coffee breaks on each of the days.
